Respite Care

Caring for a loved one is a full-time commitment that often presents a difficult situation when looking for temporary care. Whether on vacation or otherwise unavailable, you always have an answer with respite care at Alexander Gardens & Alexander Court Santa Barbara.

Respite Care Services offered at our assisted living and memory community are the solution to making sure your loved one receives the assistance they need. Respite care is ideal for those who need transitional assistance after an illness, surgery or a hospital stay and are not quite ready to go home alone or even with family.

Respite care gives the primary caregivers or family members a chance to take a break by going on a vacation or just taking a few days to relax while knowing your loved one is being well cared for. Respite stays may be as short as a few days, or as long as a month.

Hospice Care

At Alexander Gardens & Alexander Court we believe that through effective, compassionate care, residents can approach the end of their lives with dignity and comfort in the midst of a caring environment sensitive to heir needs. We do this by helping our residents achieve physical and emotional comfort so they can concentrate on living life as fully as possible.
